Cool pics!! The only bad thing is that there aren't tall buildings surrounding it to give us an idea how tall it really is...

Thanks for the pics dude!! I might go there next month. Is there an observatory up there which is open to public?

korean cities also look like japanese cities, why?

Firstly, how do you define the "look" of a Japanese city. I must admit that Seoul looks very much like Tokyo in a sense that it has several clusters of skyscrapers surrounded by a sprawl of low buildings. IMO, Taipei is a mixture of Seoul (due to the mountains) and Tokyo (due to the sprawl).

Nice pictures. Also, is Taipei 101's observation deck higher than the Sears Tower's one?

A "Chinese" city these days entails some form of repetitive high-rise residentials, of a type rare in Japanese cities. That is why Chinese cities all look stuffed with commie-blocks, whereas Japanese-style ones are characterised by commercial clusters surrounded by midrises.

Which building are u talking about?
The white dome like one is Taipei Arena.
The triangular one with a circle on the top is one of the TV station complex.
