They are all inside the shopping mall.

These pics were taken around 1 this afternoon today. It is not THE shopping area of the city and I'm sorry if led you to believe so. For the most part Dallasites do their shopping at NorthPark Mall or the Galleria, but there are also many areas like the one I've showed that have strong retail presence.

I'm suprised Neiman Marcus' flagship is relatively small. But I guess there are quite a few in DFW (more per capita than anywhere else).

The Neiman Marcus in downtown isn't small to me. I believe there are 6 levels and a cafe in it, but yes there are several others around the metroplex.
